Email address and name
When you sign up to receive the Rough Day Reset, weekly newsletters, or any other free resource, I collect your first name and email address through MailerLite. I use this information to send you the resource you requested and occasional emails about new content and products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Purchase information
If you purchase a product, that transaction is processed entirely through Gumroad. I do not collect or store your payment information. Gumroad's privacy policy governs how your purchase data is handled and can be found at gumroad.com/privacy.
YouTube videos
Some pages on this site embed YouTube videos. When you watch an embedded video, YouTube may collect information about you according to their own privacy policy. I have no control over or access to that data.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are most visited and where traffic comes from. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including your approximate location, browser type, and pages visited. It does not collect your name or email address. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Analytics and embedded YouTube videos set cookies on your device. I do not use cookies for any other purpose. MailerLite forms may also set cookies when you interact with them. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
How I share your information
I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described above — specifically MailerLite for email delivery, Gumroad for purchase processing, and Google Analytics for site analytics.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from my email list at any time. You can also request that I delete your information by contacting me at the following email, and I will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you are a California resident, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
